These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "Member") and oclbet ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the website accessible at https://oclbet.cam and all associated subdomains, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or otherwise using oclbet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, along with the oclbet Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

• "Balance" means the aggregate of real money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback reward, or loyalty point allocation granted to a Player subject to applicable terms and wagering requirements.
• "Deposit" means any transfer of real money funds from a Player into their oclbet Account using any of the supported payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, DuitNow, FPX, USDT TRC20, and Bitcoin (BTC).
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required before withdrawals are processed or account limits are raised.
• "Platform" means the oclbet website at https://oclbet.cam, all associated subdomains, and any mobile application provided by oclbet.
• "Player" / "User" / "Member" means any individual who has created a registered Account on the oclbet Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum multiple of a bonus amount that must be wagered on qualifying games before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• "Wager" means any individual bet, stake, or financial commitment placed by a Player on any game, event, or market offered on the Platform.

To register and maintain an active account on oclbet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. oclbet enforces a strict minimum age policy of 21 years, which is the internationally recognised standard for online casino and sports betting platforms. Age verification will be conducted during the KYC process, and any Account found to be registered by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds forfeited.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements in the jurisdiction in which you reside.
3. Single Account: You may hold only one registered Account on oclbet. Registering multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities, is strictly prohibited.

To access the full range of oclbet services, you must complete the registration process and create a personal Account. During registration, you will be required to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access or use your Account. oclbet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

You must notify oclbet immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. oclbet reserves the right to suspend any Account where there is reasonable suspicion of unauthorised access, security compromise, or fraudulent activity pending investigation.

oclbet strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. Two-factor authentication adds an additional layer of security to your Account and significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access.

KYC verification is mandatory before oclbet will process any withdrawal request or allow any increase in Account deposit limits. Players are required to submit a valid government-issued photo identification document (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or equivalent), and may additionally be required to provide proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent document issued within the last three months) and, where applicable, proof of the payment method used to deposit funds.

oclbet supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods for Malaysian players: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, DuitNow, FPX, USDT TRC20, and Bitcoin (BTC). Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without notice.

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 for most e-wallet methods and RM50 for bank transfer and FPX transactions. Cryptocurrency deposits carry a minimum equivalent to RM100 in USDT or BTC at the time of transaction. No maximum deposit limit applies at the platform level, though individual payment methods may impose their own daily limits.

All deposits are credited to your Account Balance in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) at the prevailing exchange rate applicable at the time of transaction, where currency conversion is required. oclbet does not charge a platform-side fee on deposits; however, your payment service provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which oclbet bears no responsibility.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used to make the corresponding deposit, subject to the specific terms of each payment method. oclbet reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significant or the Account's KYC status is incomplete.

Withdrawal processing times are as follows: e-wallet methods (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) — typically within 5 to 15 minutes; DuitNow and FPX bank transfers — typically within 5 to 30 minutes; cryptocurrency withdrawals — subject to network confirmation times, typically 15 to 60 minutes. These timeframes represent estimates under normal operating conditions and are not guaranteed.

oclbet reserves the right to withhold, delay, or refuse any withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, a pending KYC investigation, a potential breach of these Terms, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.

oclbet offers various promotional bonuses, welcome offers, reload bonuses, cashback schemes, loyalty rewards, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific bonus terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all oclbet promotional offers:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real money Balance and will be used in wagers only after real money Balance has been exhausted, unless the Platform specifies otherwise for a particular offer.
• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied. Wagering requirements vary by offer (typically between 10x and 35x the bonus amount) and are stated clearly in each offer's specific terms.
• Only wagers placed on qualifying games contribute towards meeting wagering requirements. Game contribution rates vary — slots typically contribute 100%, while certain table games may contribute at a lower rate or not at all.
• oclbet reserves the right to void any bonus and any associated winnings where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of system vulnerabilities, or breach of any applicable bonus terms.
• Each promotional offer is available to eligible players only. Players may be required to opt in or enter a promotional code to claim an offer. Bonuses may not be claimed in conjunction with other offers unless expressly stated.
• oclbet reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

All wagers placed on the oclbet Platform are subject to the specific game rules and betting market rules applicable to the relevant product or event. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager.

All wagers are final once confirmed by the Platform. oclbet will not accept cancellation requests for placed wagers except where expressly permitted by the specific rules of the relevant game or market. In the event of a technical error or manifest pricing error ("palpable error"), oclbet reserves the right to void any affected wager and refund the staked amount to the Player's Account Balance.

Minimum and maximum wager limits apply to all games and markets. These limits may vary by game type, player tier, and account status. oclbet reserves the right to impose individual wager limits on any Account at its discretion.

For sports betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League, the FA Cup, the Champions League, the Malaysia Cup, UFC events, and other international markets — wager settlement will be made in accordance with the official results published by the relevant governing body or sports authority. In the event of a dispute regarding event outcome, oclbet's decision, based on available official data, shall be final.

Live in-play betting markets are subject to rapid price changes. oclbet does not accept responsibility for wagers placed at odds that have changed between the Player's selection and the Platform's confirmation of the wager. A wager is only confirmed when the Player receives a confirmation notification from the Platform.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the oclbet Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform, whether using the same or different personal information.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading personal information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other technology that provides an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Engaging in or facilitating collusion, match-fixing, or any other corrupt practice in relation to any sporting event, casino game, or other market offered on the Platform.
• Abusing any promotional offer, bonus, or loyalty reward through systematic exploitation, including but not limited to creating duplicate accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, placing offsetting bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other form of bonus abuse.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Accessing or attempting to access another Player's Account without authorisation.
• Introducing viruses, malware, or any other harmful code into the Platform or its infrastructure.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals through your payment service provider without first raising the dispute with oclbet's support team.
• Using the Platform for any commercial purpose not authorised in writing by oclbet.

All registered Members may access the following responsible gambling tools directly from their Account settings at any time:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the oclbet Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant you any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any oclbet IP without the prior written consent of oclbet.

Any unauthorised use of oclbet IP may constitute an infringement of oclbet's intellectual property rights and may give rise to legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, oclbet and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or any other intangible losses arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.

oclbet's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

oclbet makes no representation or warranty that the Platform will be available at all times, error-free, free of viruses or other harmful components, or that any defects will be corrected. Access to the Platform may be suspended temporarily for maintenance, upgrades, or for reasons beyond oclbet's control.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

You may close your oclbet Account at any time by contacting the Platform's support team. Upon account closure, any real money Balance remaining in your Account will be withdrawn to your registered payment method following completion of any applicable KYC requirements and verification that no bonus wagering requirements are outstanding.

oclbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion where:

• The Account holder has breached any provision of these Terms;
• oclbet has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• The Account holder has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• The Account holder is found to be under the age of 21 years;
• A regulatory or law enforcement authority has directed oclbet to do so;
• The Account holder is subject to an active self-exclusion order.

Where an Account is closed by oclbet due to breach of these Terms or prohibited conduct, oclbet reserves the right to forfeit any Balance in the Account, including all bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the international gaming licence under which oclbet operates.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration body designated by oclbet's licensing authority. Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

oclbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. When material changes are made to these Terms, oclbet will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform.

Any changes to these Terms will take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform unless a later effective date is expressly stated. Your continued use of the oclbet Platform after any such change constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and close your Account.
